Recipe of "Christmas Gingerbread log"

Time forpreparation: 20 minutes
Time to cook: 720 minutes

       Ingredients: ( for 8 persons )
            > 600g of black chocolate
            >40cl of liquid cream
            >8 slices of gingerbread
            >5 tablespoons of rum and water
            >1/2 teaspoon of mixed 4 spices


      Preparation of the recipe:
1-Break 2 tablets of chocolate in piece and melt it with 8 tablespoon in water bath

2- Add the spices and let it cool

3-Place the cream on freezer during 5 minutes, whip until solid. Mix the cooled chocolate

4-Upholster in a cake pan with ductile paper and pour half of the preparation  in the dish

5- Cover it with 4 slices of gingerbread quickly soaked in the mixture of rum. Renew the operation once again and finish by a thin layer of cream.

Basile's recipe

Hello, I will present my recipe, Its name is 'Far Breton'.
Preparation: 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 270 degrees. Cool milk with the butter, keep the preparation. In a bowl mix salt and flair. Add sugar.
In a another bowl, whip 2 eggs into an omelette, add it at the preparation brake 3 eggs and whip them in the preparation. Mix milk and butter to the preparation.
put butter in the mould, Pour a little bit of dough and put prunes at the bottom of the dough. Cover with the rest of dough.
Bake 10 minutes and reduce the temperature to 210 degrees and bake 30 minute.

And finally France is joining !!!

Hello,

I am Graziella Cornuault a Management and Economics teacher at LEM (Lycée Emmanuel Mounier). The high school is located not far from the western Atlantic coast in  Angers.
I am extremely exited to experiment that blog with you teachers from Taipei and Seattle and with your students ..... of course !
