- Onions
- White meat/fat
- Butter( preferred to be habesha butter)
- Diced meat
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Green pepper
- Heat your pan.
- Chop your onions in half rings
- then put the white meat/ fat in the heated pan.
- wait till there is enough oil on the surface of the pan.
- Then put in your diced meat and let it cook until the juice in the meat comes up.
- Then put the half ringed onions and wait for them to be cooked as well not burned but cooked!!
- finally you can put the butter in for taste and smell.
Also the amount of ingredients depends on the amount of people you are going to serve.
